This policy explains how Elfgency Growth Lab Pvt Ltd handles information shared by visitors and customers.

Information we receive

Before checkout, we collect your name, company name, and phone number through the booking form. When you continue to payment, we save these details with the order timestamp, order reference, and pending status in an Elfgency Google Sheet. After payment, Razorpay may also return an email address for the transaction; availability depends on the payment method. If you contact us through WhatsApp, you may share additional business details.

How we use information

We use your name, company, and phone number to record and manage the booking and contact you about the session. We use payment references and status to verify payment. We may record an email address if Razorpay returns one. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Elfgency does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank login credentials. Razorpay handles payment details under its own privacy policy. The phone number in our booking record is the one you enter in the form. We may also store the email address returned by Razorpay, when available.

Retention

Our payment functions do not keep a separate application database. The Elfgency Google Sheet stores the name, company, and phone number entered in the form, plus the order reference, payment status, payment ID, and email returned by Razorpay when available. We keep incomplete-checkout records only as long as needed to reconcile the order or handle a related support request. We keep completed-booking records only as long as needed to arrange and deliver the session and handle related support or disputes. We then delete or anonymize the information where reasonably possible, unless a longer period is required by law.

WhatsApp and service providers

After payment is confirmed, this page opens WhatsApp so you can coordinate a session time with our team. Google, WhatsApp, and Razorpay handle information they process under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The landing page uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. It sends a page-visit event when loaded, a checkout-initiation event with the ₹99 value after you submit valid booking details and before payment begins, and a purchase event with the ₹99 value only after our server verifies the captured payment. Meta handles those events under its own privacy terms.

Your requests

For questions about information we hold or to request deletion, email elfgency@gmail.com. We may need to retain some information for longer where required by law or to resolve an ongoing payment or booking issue.

Changes

We may update this policy when our information practices change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
