The service

Elfgency Growth Lab Pvt Ltd offers a live, personalised 30-minute business strategy compatibility session for architecture and construction firms. The session costs ₹99 and takes place by video call using Zoom or a similar service.

Who the service is for

The session is intended for adult professionals, including architect-led builders, design-build firm owners, and established contractors who are actively running a business. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate.

Payment

Before checkout, you provide your name, company name, and phone number so we can record and manage the booking. Payment is processed through Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified as captured. Elfgency records the payment reference and status, and may record an email address if Razorpay returns one. Razorpay handles your payment credentials.

Scheduling

After payment is confirmed, WhatsApp opens so you can coordinate a suitable session time with our team. We will do our best to schedule the call within a reasonable timeframe. If timing changes because of unavoidable circumstances, we will let you know.

Results

The session provides strategies and frameworks for construction and design-build businesses. Results depend on how you apply the guidance, your market, your effort, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise specific business outcomes or income.

Content and intellectual property

Materials shared during the session, including scripts, frameworks, and strategies, belong to Elfgency Growth Lab Pvt Ltd. You may use them for your own business; you may not record, redistribute, or resell them.

Cancellations and refunds

All payments are non-refundable once captured, including if you cancel, reschedule, or miss the session, except where a refund right cannot be excluded under applicable law. For help with a booking or payment, email elfgency@gmail.com.

Liability

Elfgency Growth Lab Pvt Ltd is not liable for business outcomes, losses, or decisions made based on information shared during the session. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the session. The maximum liability in any scenario is the amount you paid for the session, ₹99.

We may update these terms. The latest version and update date will appear on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
